Having taken a break over the Christmas and New Year period, the full Trust board met this morning at Dens and caught up on progress of a number of projects.

High on the agenda was the election of office bearers, and Scott Glenday (Chairman), Stuart Murphy (Vice-Chairman), Alex Kidd (Treasurer) and Fraser MacDonald (Secretary) were all re-appointed to their respective positions unopposed.

It was also agreed (as outlined at the AGM) that to minimise disruption to the management of the football club mid-season, the election of a Representative on the Board of Dundee FC would be delayed until March (to be effective from May after a period of transition), and that George Knight would continue in this role in the meantime.
